The high production TK-100GL provide almost dry, close tolerance parts with CNC control of all cutting parameters and minimum operator intervention.

The saw head is designed for heavy duty applications with massive helical gears and precision saw spindle running in oil and supported by high precision bearings.
Cutting speeds are infinitely variable through an inverter drive. The saw feed mechanism utilizes an AC Servo/ball screw drive for rapid and precise movements, incorporating a pair of precision heavy duty linear guides for long term cutting accuracy.
Machine controls and set up are achieved via a user friendly colour LCD touch screen together with conventional push buttons and switches.
Tsune's third generation CNC determines the ideal cutting feeds and speed configuration for a wide variety of ferrous metals based on their shape, size and AISI grade.
Additional programmable parameters include: trim cut length, cut off length and the quantity of parts required.
Up to 50 sets of job data can be stored in the programme.
The auto loader's simple and sturdy design permits set up changes to be made quickly and from one convenient location.
The gripper type material feed employs a pair of linear bearings, and is powered by a servo motor and ball screw drive to ensure high speed and accurate indexing. The floating mechanism prevents scuffing marks made by the vices during feeding.
Enhanced magnetic chip conveyor ensures long term reliability in chip disposal.
